Is it a bird? Is it a plane? no its Ritchie Remo on a mission. After a mental couple of days last weekend which saw him play at a Charity night in Omagh for Keep Billy Alive 2 on Thursday night, fly over to England on Friday morning in a private jet laid on by the bride and groom to play at their wedding then make it back home in time to play Castleblayney on Friday night (The man is a machine, I tell ye). Saturday was a little more relaxed with only the one gig in The Royal Hotel, Cookstown. Sunday night saw Ritchie entertaining all the beauty queens at The Ultimate Beauty of The World in the 5 star Culloden Estate in Belfast for the 2nd year running. This week has been jam packed with more rehearsals for the 3rd leg of the #CountryBoyTour. This time we will be taking The Burnavon, Cookstown by storm. Special guests on the night will include Glor Tire finalist Pandy Walshe and also County Derry/Londonderry primary school St Eoghans from Moneyneany. You can still buy tickets by contacting the box office. The last two theatres have been sold out shows so fingers crossed, this will be the same. Friday night is back to the ever popular Maginns in Castlewellan for their new country nights, Saturday night we cross the boarder over into Letterkenny where Ritchie will entertain the crowds in The Cavern. Sunday is yet again another county, this time its Galway for the Wild West Festival. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish Simon Sheerin and Daniel Martin a speedy recovery. Both men were involved in a serious RTC. Lisa McHugh our thoughts and prayers are with you and your band at this tome.
