Ritchie Remo is going European. Who would have thought it? An ordinary working class man from Claudy turned professional singer/entertainer, has been asked to headline one of the biggest country rock festivals in Spain.
After a mad busy week last week things are not easing up any for *TeamRemo. Ritchie returned to the studio on Monday to finalise his vocals for his upcoming original single which will be released at the end of the month. After a long drive home from Cork there was no rest for him as he continued to plan the stage set for the *CountryBoy Tour which kicks off in The Millennium Forum (Derry /LondonDerry) on Friday 20th January to which tickets are available from the box office, adults priced at £15, children priced at £7.50 Ritchie is planning on dropping by at a local primary school this week for a wee sing song – which school will it be?? ;) If you have any photos of you & Ritchie you can pm them on facebook to Ritchie Remo Official Fan Club and they will be uploaded for you. Wow what a night that was, Ritchie Remo fans came out in droves to welcome and support Ritchie Remo and his big band for their debut gig in the south of Ireland. The Vienna Woods Hotel was entertained all night long as Ritchie pulled yet another show stopper out of the bag. The dancers were amazed at the shows production with many coming up after the show to compliment Ritchie and his team and ask when he is back again, a few people even said they wished they had half his energy. Last night showed Ritchie can entertain crowds of all ages with his music as this venue has such a great name for ‘the dancing’. We cant wait to see you all again soon. So we have decided that the South is going to be hit alot over 2017, our next southern gigs takes us to Castleblaney and Tipperary in Feb and we cannot wait to meet lots more fans Loving the road trip!

Well folks start of a new year , we had an absolutely fantastic 2016 but a lot of big plans and great new music held back to make 2017 an even bigger year. With an absolutely stacked diary very early for 2016 we found it very hard to make space to venture south but due to popular demand and a few fantastic gigs last year including one of our favourites the Ballinamore festival we knew we had to go visit our southern fans in 2017 , we've already added 5 southern venues to our 2017 roster with more to be announced. Kicking things off in the Vienna woods hotel Cork. Future dates to be released very soon here and on our Facebook page for The Allingham Arms Bundoran, Woodlands Hotel Limerick, The well Moate and Hotel Killmore Cavan. We're extremely excited to meet and entertain our southern fans but if your from the north no need to fear still a great selection for you all in 2017 and look forward to seeing you all again. It's almost time for Santa and here at liftshift productions we're already busy getting ready for a very busy 2017 for Ritchie Remo and his band. Kicking things off with the big news will be the release of Ritchie's brand new single 'Country Boy.' Country boy was written by Ritchie and a good friend and songwriter Eugene Mc Cauley. The pair worked together on Ritchie's very successful Christmas album and co wrote his two Christmas singles, Santa played the banjo and Christmas time again , all of which are available to buy here via the shop option, iTunes and most music shops around the country. The pair are already working hard on a fully original album which will be available later In 2017 with all singles being released a month apart in 2017. we're all really excited to see what you all think. To accompany the release of country boy will be the country boy tour which will start in The Millennium forum in Derry/Londonderry in January tickets available at http://www.millenniumforum.co.uk/content/ritchie-remo. Ritchie and the band are really looking forward to 2017 and are excited to treat all fans to a stacked 2017 with new music, gigs and some big surprise announcements and new territories being explored throughout the year .
